Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the EvoMyPet Telegram bot and Mini App operated by EvoMyPet Team. By using EvoMyPet, you agree to these terms and to the applicable Telegram terms.

Eligibility and account

You must be legally permitted to use Telegram, EvoMyPet and digital purchase features in your location. Your Telegram account is the only EvoMyPet login. You are responsible for protecting access to that account and for activity performed through it.

The game

EvoMyPet lets players hatch collectible pets, build a collection, evolve pets, trade through the in-game marketplace, complete tasks and battle other players. Random-reward features display their current prices, probabilities and guarantee progress inside the Mini App before use.

Virtual items and balances

Game Stars, Gems, pets, passes, rewards and other game items are limited, revocable licenses for use inside EvoMyPet. They are not money, deposits or investments and have no cash value outside the service unless applicable law requires otherwise. Game Stars are separate from Telegram Stars.

Telegram Stars purchases

Digital purchases are processed through Telegram Stars. The Mini App shows the item and Telegram Stars amount before Telegram asks you to confirm payment. Purchases are delivered only after Telegram confirms payment for the same account and order. Except where Telegram rules or applicable law require otherwise, completed digital purchases are final. For payment help, use @EvoMyPetSupport or the /paysupport bot command.

Fair use

You must not:

• use bots, exploits, automation or unauthorized software;
• attempt to bypass prices, limits, authentication or security;
• interfere with other players or the operation of EvoMyPet;
• use the marketplace, referrals or battles for fraud or abuse; or
• violate applicable law or Telegram rules.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, rebalance, suspend or discontinue features when needed to operate, secure or improve EvoMyPet. We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security threats or serious violations of these terms. Server-confirmed game and transaction records control when a device display is stale or incomplete.

Disclaimer and liability

EvoMyPet is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, EvoMyPet Team is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when EvoMyPet or applicable requirements change. Continued use after the updated version becomes effective means you accept the updated terms.
