This Privacy Policy explains how EvoMyPet Team (“EvoMyPet”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the EvoMyPet Telegram bot and Mini App.
Information we handle
- Telegram account information supplied through Telegram, including your Telegram user ID, username, first name, last name and language. We do not store your Telegram profile photo URL.
- Game information such as balances, pets, collections, progress, tasks, referrals, marketplace activity and battle activity.
- Purchase and payment records needed to create, verify, deliver, reconcile and support Telegram Stars purchases. We do not receive your card or app-store payment credentials.
- Limited technical and security information needed to operate and protect the service, such as request identifiers, timestamps, error codes and anti-abuse records.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate your Telegram account, operate the game, save progress, complete purchases and rewards, enable social and multiplayer features, prevent abuse, resolve payment issues and keep the service reliable.
Service providers
EvoMyPet relies on Telegram and infrastructure providers for hosting, data storage and realtime delivery. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and security
We retain account, game and transaction records for as long as they are needed to operate EvoMyPet, protect users, meet platform or legal obligations and resolve disputes. We use access controls, signed Telegram authentication, short-lived sessions and server-side authorization to protect service data. No online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can stop using EvoMyPet at any time. The Mini App currently does not provide a self-service account deletion control. To ask about your information or make a request available under applicable law, contact us through Telegram at @EvoMyPetSupport.
Children
EvoMyPet is not directed to children who are below the minimum age required to use Telegram or digital purchase features in their location. Do not use EvoMyPet if you are not legally permitted to do so.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
